About Adjustment: according to the process requirements, rotate the crank shaft 3209b near the lower center, so that the shuttle rotor F11 contacts the upper and higher points of the shuttle nose F4, that is, press the side plate cap to the lower low point, and measure the linear distance from the outside of the shuttle box bottom plate 3307 and 3308 to the outside of the shuttle board with a steel ruler. At this time, the shuttle plate should be at the end or starting point of moving to the inside of the machine. The results show that the corresponding time of 27 cm on the switch side and 28 cm on the change side is 22.5 cm and 23 cm respectively.
