Huixian Xinda Textile Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. provides 1511/1515-P11 bushings for loom side panels (powder metallurgy). The 1511 and 1515 looms are categorized into spherical and pin types. The P11 bushing is suitable for looms with pin-type side panels. The outer diameter of this bushing is 65mm, the inner hole diameter is 52mm, and the total length is 95mm. It is installed on the lower side of the loom side panel.
The P11 sleeve is fixed behind the wall panel and tightened with a countersunk screw. It is penetrated according to the oil hole position of the wall panel. Its inner cavity houses the E1 tread plate bushing, which allows the E1 to move left and right within the P11 liner during operation. Each loom uses two P11 sleeves.
