Loom accessories - B32 loom bevel gear is installed on the inclined shaft B53. The inner hole diameter of the bevel gear is 14mm, and the side fixing screw is M8. The textile bevel gear refers to the gear with taper. The number of teeth of the bevel gear of B32 inclined shaft is 22 teeth and the diameter pitch is 10. One is used for each shuttle loom. It is installed under the loom and is meshed with B31 bevel gear. 1511 bevel gear, 1515 textile bevel gear and GA615 loom bevel gear can also be used in other industries.
The textile bevel gear is made of foundry cast iron, with 20 or 25 teeth in each string. The outer diameter of the gear umbrella is 59 mm, and the outer diameter of the lower cone is 25 mm (excluding screw table). The weight of a single B32 bevel gear is 0.16 kg.
The total height of B32 bevel gear is 34 mm, the tooth depth is about 4-5.5 mm, and 5.5 mm is the root depth. The above picture shows the bevel gear from different angles, which is convenient for customers to see the details of products through different angles.
