Our company provides the J2 weft fork hook of the weft stop fitting of Yunnan loom all the year round. The J2 weft fork hook of 1511 and 1515 looms is divided into left hand and right hand. The steel ruler is inserted between the J2W weft fork hook of the weft stop fitting and the J30 weft fork spindle rod. The total length is 318mm, the shaft hole diameter is 20mm, the J00-1 mandrel is installed, the width of the length adjustment chute is 10mm, and the side is fixed and adjusted by M8 screws.
Adjust the position of the hook head of the weft fork J2 and the weft fork J32, loosen the winding spring rod hook L12, loosen the tightening ring C7, move the weft fork J2 left and right to align with the weft fork hook, fix the left and right tightening rings C7, and the transverse movement shall not exceed 0.4mm.
